Responsible Gaming —
For fun, not dependence
999bk believes that online gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. Our responsible gaming policy helps you stay in control.
999bk's Responsible Gaming Philosophy
Gaming is a great source of entertainment — whether it's cricket betting, slots, or live casino. But like any form of entertainment, it is enjoyable only when kept within limits. At 999bk we do not just want to offer a quality gaming experience — we want you to always stay in control.
Our platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and we make no exceptions on this. The age verification process is an integral part of our registration and withdrawal procedures.
Responsible gaming is not just about the fear of losing — it is about looking after your time, money, and mental wellbeing. 999bk puts the tools for that care right in your hands. If you ever feel that gaming is having too much of an impact on your life, our support team is always ready to help.
Read below for full details on our responsible gaming tools, warning signs, and ways to get support.
Our Protection Tools
999bk provides these tools to give you a safe and controlled gaming experience.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour review period, which protects you from decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for your gaming session. When the set time is up the system will automatically alert you and suggest taking a break. Regular breaks help keep your mind fresh and support better decision-making.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a temporary break, put your account on pause for a set period — from one day up to six weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets. Once the pause period ends your account will be automatically reactivated.
Self-Exclusion
For more serious situations, long-term self-exclusion is available. Your account can be fully suspended for anywhere from six months to five years. This period cannot be cancelled before it expires — that is an important protective feature.
Reality Check
At regular intervals a message will appear on your screen showing how long your session has lasted and a brief summary of your wins and losses. This information keeps you aware of the real situation and discourages placing additional bets on impulse.
24/7 Support
For any issue, 999bk's support team is by your side day and night. Get immediate help via live chat or reach out by email with more details. Our support representatives assist in both Bengali and English.
Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of these signs in yourself or someone close to you, seek help right away.
Chasing lost money
The tendency to bet more in order to recover losses is a key sign of a problem.
Spending more time than planned
Intending to play for just a short while and then spending hours is a cause for concern.
Playing with essential money
Using money set aside for rent, food, or other urgent expenses on gaming is dangerous.
Hiding from family and friends
Hiding your gaming habits or lying about them is a common sign of dependence.
Restlessness when not playing
Feeling irritable, restless, or stressed when not gaming is an indication of dependence.
Constantly increasing bet amounts
Feeling the need to bet increasingly larger amounts to get the same level of excitement.
If you notice one or more of the above signs in yourself, do not panic — seeking help is a sign of strength. Let 999bk's support team know via live chat or at [email protected]; we will assist without judgment.

- Accept losing as normal — gaming is never a guaranteed income.
- Avoid gaming when you are feeling down or under pressure.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
