01 General Terms

Welcome to the 999bk platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 999bk and its users. It is the responsibility of every user to read, understand, and accept these Terms.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Failed Deposits

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999bk offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit set for each bonus.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 999bk reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
• Separate terms apply to other promotions and offers, which will be stated at the time of announcement.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

999bk offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Specific rules apply to each bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wager will be refunded or voided in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino Games

999bk offers games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects a game result, the relevant bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. 999bk is not obligated to pay out any unintended winnings resulting from a technical error.

07 Bet Cancellation & Dispute Resolution

999bk reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or market information has been published.
• If a bet was accepted due to a system error or technical malfunction.
• If evidence of match fixing or unfair advantage is found.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 72 hours of placing the bet. 999bk will review the complaint within a reasonable time and communicate its decision, which will be final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bk platform:

• Account fraud or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Use of any automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against platform security.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Harassment or deception of other users.
• Unauthorized use of platform systems or data.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account in question will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

09 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure by 999bk

13.2 Closure by User
